What are some 2 flash wireless off camera setups? ? - best off camera flash not enough depth or detail...

Need 2 flash settings for a picture with a car with friends. I did not spend much, perhaps with a budget of $ 300 or less. I know there are a few flashes, which I will do well. I noticed theres a lot of combos, but I thought 2 Nikon SB-24, eBay triggers. I shoot with a Nikon D60, so you have to do manual work in Flash. You do not know if the power of these flashing 2 would be sufficient to personalized properly illuminate the face and edges, and the front of the car.

Are there other combinations as affordable, 2 Sunpak 383 Super. Or something like that? Sunpak is enough electricity to match the SB-24 and still a few pictures of Nice?
