How To Run Effective Routes Traveling From Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) To Bangkok?

Traveling from Saigon (Ho Chi Minh) to Bangkok? - how to run effective routes

I would not before the trip, but I've read that section of railway in Cambodia is no longer active? I was probably about 10-12 days to the trip. I really want to go through Cambodia Angkor Wat, at least, one would know the best and most cost-effective manner. If the bus is good?

    Bus in Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh (6 hours).
    Bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (6 hours).
    Bus from Siem Reap to Bangkok (12 hours).

    10 to 12 days I will have enough time to enjoy coming to Cambodia and Bangkok in time.
