I pay actually purchased tires online and via PayPal, but I wanted unfortunenately tires were sold out, I received an e-mail confirmation of your refund. Your PayPal account, said the surgery was, but when I checked my account the money was not there yet. So I asked myself if paypal refund my money for my bank account and how long does it usually take? Or is it to earn money to act as a credit of PayPal? Please help. Thank you.
