Does anyone suffer from S I Joint pain? ( sacroiliac joint dysfunction )? - sacroiliac pain
I was in an accident almost 2 years. before. After a devil of a time to upgrade. Because of the possible problems with the ISG connected. Is it getting better or fixed? Or is the pain thing. The meaning is something permanent?

The sacroiliac joint is the connection between the pelvis and sacrum (lower column) on each side. The SI joints are the joints with big bands and powerful strong. Injuries of the joints easily lead to chronic inflammation, which is very difficult to alleviate, to. If you have not seen a chiropractor, I suggest. A chiropractor will evaluate the nature of the injury and a physical examination is not sufficient to rule out more serious causes of chronic pain (infection, cancer, etc. - are rare). If you are a suitable candidate, the adjustment or the mobilization of the SI joints to the proper movement and the mechanics again should help. Unfortunately, because of the chronic condition, that does not heal overnight, or with one or two visits. The detailed planning of the treatment is to its specific history and physical examination together. If a fair trial (4 to 6 weeks) of adaptation and other conservative treatment (stretching and strengthening exercises, you should be presented as well) does not help, then require further invasive measures. This couldoral steroids or steroid injection into the ISG to reduce inflammation and hopefully the pain. However, the adjustment can often reduce or eliminate the symptoms over time. Good luck.
